The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the messages posted on this forum express the sight and opinion of their respective authors and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster (except messages posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held responsible of the discussions.

The address e-mail is only used in order to confirm the details of your registration as your password (and also to send you back your password if you forget it).

- Aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, the coarseness and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the French laws are prohibited.

Any message contravening the listing above will be edited or removed without additional notice or justification within deadlines which will depend on the availability of the moderators. Any abuse will involve the cancellation of the registration. Internet is neither an anonymous space, nor a space of no-right! We reserve ourselves the possibility of informing your access provider and/or the legal authorities of any malevolent behavior. An IP address of each poster is recorded in order to help us to make you respect these conditions.

In light of a recent banning it has been agreed by the Admin that any issues which may arise between members in future should be brought to a member of Admin via PM who will discuss the issue in full with the other member. A full investigation will be made and an agreed decision will be taken by all of the Admin Team.

If it is an Administrator who is perceived to be at fault, or the person being affected by someone else, then the same rule applies - another member of Admin should be alerted, and a full investigation undertaken.

On receipt of a formal complaint regarding a member, the Administrator will suspend that member's membership of Bounty Mutineers immediately. The member will be informed of this decision via email. This will allow time for all of the Admin Team to receive the information, discuss it in full and reach a unanimous agreement on how to procede.




Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning.

Members should not post in a way that is disrespectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.

Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Only do this if a moderator team member has not replied within 6 hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly "act" as moderators may be warned.

Members should use an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new topic. This is to avoid potential embarassing questions from children about pictures etc

The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users.

The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging

Members are reminded that if they have any issues that they may contact the admin team by PM or email at: bountymutineers@hotmail.co.uk

When a member is banned from this site they will recieve notification from the admin team with regards to the issue. The initial period shall be a suspension only while a full investigation takes place. Once this has been conducted the member shall be informed and from there the forum shall be notified that the member has been removed from Mutineers.

Members are reminded that international trade is highly encouraged, particularly with regards to belgian chocolate and icelandic produce.
